On October 9, 2024, the Language Center and International Relations Division, led by Mr. Siriwat Wongudomsin, Deputy Director of Language Training and International Relations, along with instructors and staff, brought international students under the Basic Thai Language Training Program for Foreign Students to meet with Assistant Professor Chakrit Chanchitprecha, the President, as well as the Vice Presidents and university executives. The purpose of the meeting was for the students to introduce themselves to the university’s executive member. The President and the executive team warmly welcomed the students and gave remarks of encouragement. For the 2024 fiscal year, 14 students are enrolled in the program, consisting of 12 Vietnamese students and 2 American students. The program aims to provide foreigners with basic Thai language communication skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing, as well as to introduce them to Thai culture. The goal is to foster mutual understanding, and the knowledge gained can be applied to further studies at both undergraduate and graduate levels
