The Vietnamese Studies Center and International Relations Division organized “Strengthening Relations with Neighboring Countries project: Learning Thai Language and Culture for Vietnamese Teachers and Personnel” during August – September, every year at Quang Tri Teacher Training College, Quang Tri province, The Socialist Republic of Vietnam. In addition, Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University has joined the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education to hold the workshop. The participants were teachers and personnel from different educational institutions such as Hanoi National University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, Da Nang University, and Quang Tri Teacher Training College. In this program, the activities involved learning Thai language, culture, and also included sightseeing of important places
