Rajabhat Emblem
The Rajabhat emblem is the official insignia of the university. It features the Royal Cypher of King Rama IX, which is depicted as the Throne of Eight Directions. At the center of the circle is the Thai letter “อุ” (U) or the number 9, surrounded by rays of light emanating outward. Above the circle is a seven-tiered white umbrella, placed on the Throne of Eight Directions, symbolizing His Majesty’s supreme power over the land. The traditional coronation ceremony involves the monarch being seated on the Throne of Eight Directions, with members of the Parliament offering sacred water from all eight cardinal directions.
The university’s emblem contains five symbolic colors:
Blue represents the monarchy, which founded and bestowed the name “Rajabhat Institute.”
Green symbolizes the location of the 40 Rajabhat universities, situated amidst beautiful natural environments.
Gold signifies intellectual prosperity. Orange symbolizes the flourishing of local arts and culture across the 40 universities.
White represents the purity of thought in scholars under His Majesty the King.

“Good people” refers to individuals with morality, ethics, and professional integrity.
“Socially responsible” means being aware of and responsible for society and the environment, demonstrating kindness and generosity to others.
“Professionally skilled” means being proficient in professional skills, human relations, communication, and technology. Distinctive Feature:

“University of opportunity” means Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University provides educational opportunities to local people.
