Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chanin Vaseenonta, President of Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, and the Institute of Language, Arts and Culture, designed the English Language Development program for students at all levels that needed to improve their English skills. This was one of the programs of mastering English Language Skills for the ASEAN Community. It consisted of two parts: firstly, students learned tips on the theme of “how to learn English efficiently through Thai and ASEAN Culture” from Mr. Daniel Fraser, a television host of TV series called “Long Krung” on Thai PBS. The program ran on January 15th, 2015 at The Maha Vajiralongkorn Auditorium. Secondly, during January 19th – March 30th, 2015, students learned to use the Speexx program – an online virtual classroom that helped students improve their communication skills.
